How It Works

The simple process.

01

Check your cover

Before your visit, contact your insurer to find out what your policy covers and which documents are required. You will find the official websites above.

02

Let us know in advance

Call our reception on 069 336 0681 before you come, so the procedure can be coordinated with your insurer.

03

Treatment & documents

Treatment is carried out with full financial transparency. You receive the invoice and medical documents for your insurer.

Payment Method

Direct payment vs reimbursement.

Direct payment (cashless)

Some plans offer direct payment, where the insurer covers the costs without you having to pay yourself. If your plan includes this, check with your insurer before treatment.

Reimbursement

In other cases, you pay at the hospital and are reimbursed by your insurer using the invoice and medical documents. You will find the terms in your policy or on your insurer's official website.

Documents You Need

What to bring with you.

  • ID / Passport
  • Your insurance policy details (if you have one)
  • A referral (if required by your insurer)
  • Any specific documents your insurer requires (check in advance)
FAQ

Insurance FAQ.

Not with most insurers (exception: reconstructive procedures following trauma or cancer treatment).
What coverage limit applies?
It depends on your specific plan. You will find the limit details in your policy or on your insurer's official website; they are verified case by case.
Are lab tests & imaging covered?
With most insurers, yes - subject to specific conditions.
Can I use my foreign insurance?
Please check in advance. Some international insurers are accepted; others require reimbursement.
Coordinator
